MEETING SCHEDULE

MEETING LOCATION:   

Parish Government Complex Building, 300 S. 3rd Street, Second Floor, Police Jury Chambers, Leesville, Louisiana

COMMITTEE MEETINGS:

Held on the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS: 

Held on the third Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Exception:       Due to the Martin Luther King Holiday and the Presidents Day Holiday, the regular monthly meeting in January and February will be held on the 3^rd Tuesday instead of the 3^rd Monday

SPECIAL CALL MEETINGS & RESCHEDULED MEETINGS:

Posted at the meeting place and on www.vppjla.com at least 24 hours prior to the called or rescheduled meeting
