MEETING SCHEDULE
MEETING LOCATION:
Parish Government Complex Building, 300 S. 3rd Street, Second Floor, Police Jury Meeting Room, Leesville, Louisiana
COMMITTEE MEETINGS:
Held on the second Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS:
Held on the third Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
SPECIAL CALL MEETINGS & RESCHEDULED MEETINGS:
Posted at the meeting place and on www.vppjla.com at least 24 hours prior to the called or rescheduled meeting.
EXCEPTIONS:
If a holiday falls on the regularly scheduled meeting day, the meeting is generally held the next day (Tuesday) and will be posted at the meeting place and on www.vppjla.com at least 24 hours prior to the change.
Due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday and the Presidents Day Holiday, the regular monthly meeting in January and February will be held on the 3rd Tuesday instead of the 3rd Monday.
Due to the Columbus Day holiday, the committee meeting in October will be held on the 2nd Tuesday instead of the 2nd Monday.
