The Vernon Parish Arena District manages the Vernon Parish Arena. The Vernon Parish Arena is the home to the annual Lions Club Rodeo, held each year in conjunction with the West Louisiana Forestry Festival and Fair. The Arena is also home to the annual Lions Club Telethon. Both events help raise money for the Louisana Lion's Cripple Childrens Camp, located right here in Vernon Parish.
