The Vernon Parish Police Jury has received a grant from the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources Renew Louisiana Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program in the amount of $266,575.74.  The majority of this funding will be used to install a new, energy efficient HVAC system in the Historic 1910 Courthouse and Annex located in Vernon Parish, Louisiana.  Of the total amount, a percentage may be used for the development of a technical plan and Project Manager.  This RFP is for the technical plan and Project Manager only.

The Vernon Parish Police Jury is seeking a proposal for a consultant to write a technical plan and to act as our Project Manager for the duration of this project. 

Vernon Parish is beginning a parish wide comprehensive planning process.  The parish chose AECOM Design + Planning as their consultant and is planning to have the kick off meetings the last week of August.  For more information, please click the link below.
